Fabrics & Materials

A weather-resistant polyester shell covers a thermal synthetic fill, with the hood fixing on via a zip or snap system. Sealed baffles, a robust main zip, and bound edges keep heat in and wear out.

Customization Options

Choose fill weight, shell finish, hood attachment style, and pocket setup. Branding through embroidery, heat transfer, or screen print, plus custom pullers, labels, and packaging. Private label at workable MOQs.

Manufacturing Quality
